All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly.

Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. International customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes.

3. Orders and Payments

Ordering from Grill Genius Store involves these steps:

5. Receive order confirmation via email

3.2 Payment Terms

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipment)

Note: Delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons. We do not currently ship to most Asian countries or remote areas.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items are shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. Grill Genius Store is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition with packaging
• Grills and large items require original boxes and all accessories
• Returns must be authorized by our customer service

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or special order grills
• Opened bags of wood pellets or charcoal
• Used grilling tools (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale items (clearly marked)

5.3 Return Process

5.4 Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
